8 Week Program

You KNOW you can do this! Join our strong virtual community of women who are here to support you in reaching your goals.

We begin the program by practicing macros for 1 week. You will receive weekly check ins to ensure you are comfortable tracking, meal prepping, and plugging in your food to the My Fitness Pal App before we begin 8 weeks of videos. So really, we will be working together for a total of 9 weeks. We want to make sure you are comfortable tracking your macros first!!!

Our program consists of pre-recorded videos to follow along to for 4 days a week. All videos will be located on a private platform similar to our On Demand. They are pre-recorded, so you can watch them any time.

Here Is What Your Weekly Schedule Will Look Like:

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday you will complete videos 40 minutes in length. Wednesday videos are 15-20 minutes in length because those are higher in intensity. You’ll sweat!!!! On the 5th day you are instructed to do 30 minutes of your own HIIT workout on a treadmill, bike, stair master, or outside.

You will have a weekly text message check in and free access to Soulful Recovery over Zoom every Friday at 5pm.

This group will be kept small - as Clients are able to text any day throughout the program in order to feel supported. 

Pricing Information:

Fitness studios generally charge $20 a class at minimum. 5 days a week x 8 weeks = 40 classes... AKA a minimum of $800. BUT we only charge $200. Not only will you be getting workouts but also help with your meals, weekly check ins, and journal entries. You will have access to the program for a total of 6 months so that you can go back to revisit the videos.
