Whole Body Barre

Whole Body Barre is a perfect blend of ballet, Pilates, cardio, and resistance training followed up with stretching. We work EVERY muscle group from head to toe, leaving you pumped with endorphins. This class can be modified for all fitness levels and easily modifiable to your fitness needs.

*Yoga mats and light weights are provided but students are welcome to bring their own. No shoes please*

HIIT Barre

HIIT Barre stands for High Intensity Interval Training Barre. Be prepared to SWEAT! Throughout the entire class you will be challenged give 110% for 4 minutes, followed by a 1 minute rest. These 5 minute intervals will continue until it is time for cool down. We can assure you that your mind, body, and soul will feel completely rejuvenated. You will be amazed at how fast time can go by!

Dance Cardio

Another dance based workout for you to enjoy, only STRAIGHT UP cardio and SWEATIER!!!! We have tons of themes, from old school hip hop to new age, jazz, pop, and tribal beats. This class has quickly become a new client favorite.

Please bring clean sneakers for class.

Buti Yoga

Buti Yoga incorporates the spiral structure technique® used to activate our deep core muscles paired with intentional shaking & vibration to release trauma stored at the cellular level. Primal movement, cardio dance + conditioning are seamlessly woven throughout balanced yoga sequencing to give you an ALL-IN-ONE workout that helps you transform your BODY + SOUL. The Bonus? You'll burn 600-1000 calories per class doing it. Music guides Buti® classes like an internal GPS - no more 8 counts or reps. The beat blended movement forces you out of your head + INTO YOUR BODY. It is in THIS magical place that you integrate your human experience instead of escaping it. Buti® incorporates elements of shaking + vibration to help release stored trauma + stimulate cellular reorganization.

Vinyasa Flow

Using movement to connect with your mind, body and soul. We will flow through a series of poses using your breath as a guide. Open to all levels, variations will be offered to create an experience special for you.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga consists of passive floor poses held for 3-5 minutes. The longer-held poses creates moderate stress to the connective tissues, such as tendons, fascia, and ligaments. This gentle pressure helps to increase mobility and flexibility within the body. Props are used to help us access the targeted area and to help us stay in the pose longer. In addition to the poses, there is a focus on breathwork to aid in relaxation and relieve stress.

Pilates Flow

Open to all levels, variations of the poses will be offered to create an experience special for you.

We combine movements from pilates and yoga to create a flow that will have you feeling stronger and more connected to your body. Open to all levels, variations will be offered to adapt the class to your fitness needs.

Booty & Abs

30 minutes of booty building and ab burning! All you need is your beautiful self! We have everything else. This class is in socks or barefoot.

Zumba

Zumba is a dance workout that fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to curate a playlist that will leave you in sweat and smiles! Our goal is simple: We want you to want to workout and love working out. Our classes help burn calories, energize your body, and engage and captivate participants to boost confidence in a way traditional workouts do not. No experience whatsoever is required!

Heels

Feel confident in your skin. This is a slower paced classed with fun, feminine, sensual choreography. Perfect for all levels from beginner to experienced dancers. Heels are fun, but not required! You deserve a small chunk out of your day to feel powerful in your body again.

Please bring your own heels to the event.
