Empowering Private Sessions

Saturdays: 7:00am and 11:00am

I am happy to provide holistic private sessions, blending my experience and qualifications to tailor to your goals. I received my Bachelors of Science in Exercise and Sports Science with a concentration in Clinical Physiology in 2015. I then went on to receive my Masters of Occupational Therapy in 2018. I am a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, Nutrition Coach, and IBBFA Barre Fitness Instructor (additional Pre/Postnatal certification). I’ve been working in the industry for 12+ years, and I love helping women feel confident in their bodies.

Danielle’s private sessions are 50 minutes long. In person & virtual options available.

Nutrition Session: Nutrition Coaching, Personalized Macro Calculation, a Detailed Program Guide, text message support is provided following your session!

Fitness Sessions: Private sessions will blend Barre, Pilates, Resistance Training, and Stretching.

While we work together, you will have access to text message check in questions that pop up during the week (outside of our regular meeting times).

** Pregnant clients will not be provided with assistance on calculating/tracking macros **

Pricing

If you choose to pay single session by session, it is $85 for a 50 minute session.

**for optimum results, it is recommended by NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) that clients perform resistive exercise 2-3 days per week**

2 sessions $160 ($80 each) - must be used within 1 month

4 sessions $300 ($75 each) - must be used within 2 months 

8 sessions is $560 ($70 each) - must be used within 3 months 

12 is $780 ($65 each) - must be used within 4 months 

** Cancellation Policy: Clients are allowed a 1 time cancellation without penalty. All cancellations following will result in loss of session **
