In 2021, she completed her 200-hour teacher certification and since then has obtained her 85-hour Yin and 75-hour Prenatal certification, all under the guidance of Carole Westerman through Evolve to Harmony Yoga School.

Deyna, Buti Yoga Instructor, Zumba Instructor

Deyna started practicing yoga with a goal of adding stability and strength to some hypermobile joints, but  found that the philosophical/spiritual teaching and practice were what kept her coming back. With Buti, it was love at first class.  She was finally able to get out of her to-do list making, OCD, mom-guilt, self-critical mind and just let it all go!  She realized she is more patient, compassionate and just a better human after each class  (not to mention very sweaty and tired - in a good way). Having recently become certified in Buti, she can't wait to share this experience with anyone looking to get a little out of their comfort zone, out of their owns heads and into the beauty of the present moment.  She can't wait to shake with you!
