When working with The Soulful Co., you will learn to truly love yourself from the inside out. We will be there to support one another, heal, learn to love ourselves, and allow our powerful inner warriors to come out to play.
We look forward to helping you on the next step in your healing journey.
“The scale will only ever tell you the numerical value of your effect on gravity. It will NOT tell you how beautiful you are, how loved you are, and how amazing you are”

Sonya, Barre Instructor
Sonya is IBBFA certified and has been taking classes at The Soulful Co since the Clinton location first opened. She is a lifelong athlete who is on a mission to help create a healthier world. Even though the days of running from competitive cheerleading competitions to track meets and two a day basketball and softball practices are far behind her, there isn’t a hurdle she wouldn’t try to jump over.
While working a corporate job and managing the ebbs and flows of life Sonya finds balance at the barre and hopes the same for you!

Alicia, Buti Yoga Instructor
Deyna, Buti Yoga Instructor, Zumba Instructor
Deyna started practicing yoga with a goal of adding stability and strength to some hypermobile joints, but found that the philosophical/spiritual teaching and practice were what kept her coming back. With Buti, it was love at first class. She was finally able to get out of her to-do list making, OCD, mom-guilt, self-critical mind and just let it all go! She realized she is more patient, compassionate and just a better human after each class (not to mention very sweaty and tired - in a good way). Having recently become certified in Buti, she can't wait to share this experience with anyone looking to get a little out of their comfort zone, out of their owns heads and into the beauty of the present moment. She can't wait to shake with you!

Michelle, Yoga Instructor
With a journey in yoga that began in high school, Michelle discovered a deep passion for the practice while working at a boutique spa and fitness center. It was here that they were introduced to the calming and restorative aspects of yoga, leading them to complete yoga teacher training and specialize in Restorative Yoga.
Certified as a yoga instructor since 2018 and a licensed massage therapist since 2014, Michelle brings a holistic approach to health and wellness. Their extensive experience working with diverse clients—from athletes and trainers to medical professionals and office workers—enables them to provide a comprehensive and well-rounded yoga experience.
In Michelle's Yin Yoga classes, students can expect a smooth flow from one position to the next, with an emphasis on ensuring the body is well-supported and at ease. This nurturing environment allows students to fully let go and be present in the moment.

Kim, Yoga Instructor
E-RYT500
Kim began practicing yoga regularly in 2003. Initially drawn to the physical aspect of yoga, little did she know at the time how transformational it would be in her life. Kim finds her yoga practice to be a tool for self-observation, self-regulation and a great coping mechanism for life. She looks upon yoga as a sacred space and feels that yoga opens your heart, gives you a sense of connection, with your physical body, with your higher self, with humanity, with your community and with something greater. Kim’s personal practice is a mix of Vinyasa, Gentle, Somatic Movement, Yin and Restorative. Practicing yoga makes her feel good and brings her joy! She loves to share that joy with others. Kim is an E-RYT 500. She received her 200 hour certification from Central Mass Yoga and Wellness in 2013 and her 300 hour certification from Theresa Murphy in 2016.
